Q: Can I use this to attach my bicycle to my bike cargo trailer?

This is to lock the Saris Bike Rack to the Receiver Hitch on the vehicle. If the rack receiver fits loosely into the receiver, this allows it to be tight and rigid when attached. It doesn’t attach a bubble to anything.

Q: Does this come in a 2" reciever size?

This locking pin does not install into the receiver (the hitch goes into the receiver). This locking pin goes into the left side of the receiver, is screwed into the hitch with the end protruding from the right side of the receiver. Then the yellow locking part locks onto the end of the pin which protrudes from the right side of the receiver.

Q: Is it supposed to be loose on the pin? Mine locks but can swing up and down.

It should not be loose if you thread it into the part that comes with the hitch.
