basket is what you'd expect, tried it multiple different ways and depending on stand/rail you may have to rig up some zip ties to make it work for you. We'll have to see if it will last through next season. The reason for four stars was because the seller I bought from (Hot Deals Everyday) didn't even drop off the item to be shipped for TEN days after I purchased. Item was purchased on Nov. 18 and USPS didn't receive the item for shipping until Nov. 28. I will NEVER buy another product from that seller again. The basket was fine though

I'm guilty of it....I always pack more than I need whenever I go hunting. Often times making me dig through my backpack to find the various must have items (binoculars, range finder, lunch, coffee, etc). So I bought this in hopes that it would help me get better organized once in the stand. First, the brackets to attach it to the stand are way to big for all my ladder stands...leaving the basket to just dangle. Second, the brackets are way too small for my climber. I've also come to the realization, though this is big and can hold a lot of stuff, you probably should only put one or two items in it - else, grabbing one thing out of it often leads to more noise than you'd care for. As an alternative, I might recommend the HME Universal Accessory Shelf.

All the money I (and hunters in general) spend on stands, bows, arrows, guns, clothes, etc...this is the absolute best accessory I've ever purchased for a tree stand for $10 bucks!. Holds gloves, phone, drink, calls, range finder....anything that you'd normally fill up all your pockets with is all right there at the ready. You obviously will need a shooting rail or something to attach it to. I had to cut the foam padding on mine to get down to the metal frame to attach to but not a huge deal. Well worth it.

Great addition to the Big Game Deer Stand. It's been an easy place to put stuff when trying to shoot or getting too warm.

A little flimsey but held my water bottle, binocs and thermacell just fine.

Removed item from packaging, only to find it looking like this!! Almost like a kind of mold forming on it.
