I haven't had a chance to fully test the 4 packs I bought for an upcoming theme park family vacation but a quick cleaning and leak-test shows these water bladders to be high quality. The packs themselves are richly colored, very spacious and adjustable in a variety of ways which will allow every member of the family, from my 10 y/o who's 4'6" to my 6 foot tall husband, to comfortably wear them. I'm looking forward to putting them to use in Florida humidity and heat.When I unpacked them the day I received them 3 of the 4 bladders were perfect but 1 seemed to have been over looked in QC (even literally missing the sticker that the other 3 had) and had an oily substance on it. I emailed the company and had a replacement in hand, no questions asked, 3 or 4 days later. They also followed up to male sure the the replacement had been received and the originals were leak free. I give 5/5 stars for customer service alone, though the bag deserves them too.

I bought this pack for two weeks of daily hikes. The first day, I couldn't seem to get the water flowing, but then I figured it out. Water tastes clean -- not plasticky -- right from the start. The insulated compartment keeps water cooler longer than my old pack. There's enough room for a few other items, as well -- a light jacket, phone, trail snacks. I think it's good value for the money.

I bought 8 of these for our travels. These were great. The bags were easy to fill and they didn't leak. The bags are insulated so it did a decent job of keeping the water cold. You cold also carry other things in the bag which was nice and they have the waist belt which during a long hike us very necessary. Super comfortable to wear

I used this on an all day hike & it held up great. Lots of room for snacks & my water stayed nice and cold. No leaking. I am pleased :)

This seems to be a very well made product, but it was too small to go around my husband's back. If you are smaller framed, it would be great. For me, it was perfect, and I like there is extra storage space in them to take other things with you that you don't want to carry
