Well made. Drill seems to run true. Flats on the shaft are welcome to prevent slipping in the chuck (as the torque on these things can get quite high). Threaded design means the cutters don't come loose like they can with the clamp designs, however it also means the cutter gets tightened during use so wear gloves when taking it apart!
