ScalaWomen's Shapeable Toyo Western Hat

Well, I’m a 6’3”, 265 lb bearded beer drinking shotgun shooting bow fishing redneck... and apparently I wear a woman’s hat. This is my second one... and I really like it.

Jan 2018 Update --- ordered another one and the shipping/packaging is HORRIBLE. The product arrived in unwearable condition (bent, crumpled, broken fibers) - until they fix their shipping/storage/packing... be prepared to return the item.My favorite hat in my current collection. Originally purchased from REI in a different color, this is the hat I will wear more that all others for hiking, traveling, etc. Lightweight and comfortable elastic inner band. Would purchase again.

This is a wonderful fashion cowboy hat. Altho it came ‘crumpled’ as others described, I had no difficulty re-shaping to my liking. This hat is sold on other sites for a much higher price, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon for much less. Very happy to add to my hat collection.

It probably fits okay, but I haven't worn it yet. I arrived in a plastic sack - stuffed in my mailbox! It was all bunched up in a ball! The rim is shapeable, but not the rest of the hat, which is crinkled in places... I had a hat exactly like it and wore it for years. Wish they had 3 sizes, small, med, large. I love this hat and bought the sm/med to replace the larger size which stretched out and got too big after a few years. I love the hat, its construction and durability. I'll try to stretch it out but it becomes uncomfortable after a short period. A medium would probably be perfect if they had it

Bad fraud hat. This is a knockoff Scala hat. Shape is weird. Doesn't hold indentation at the top and the branding is a Knockoff Scala from my other ones I have purchased. Returning.

This hat is so comfortable. I volunteer at the Houston Rodeo and like to wear western hats but wanted something lighter than a felt hat. This hat is perfect and I actually do use the chin strap to keep from having to hold on to my hat or go chasing it when it's windy. Will be back for more colors!

I've had my scala hat for atleast 6 years. I've used it nearly every week for the past two years and it has taken all the sweat, wind and general abuse me and the wild northwest Texas weather could dish out. I love this hat and all the memories I have had wearing it. It is time to retire my old and purchase a new hat...I am buying the same one and I was very pleased to see it priced so reasonably on Amazon. It's a great hat for summer. It's light and breathable for work, hiking and travel, but it's also good for just keeping the sun out of your eyes on the beach, at a concert or on a patio having a beer with friends.
