Smaller than I expected but perfectly performed. I mad vichyssoise and it turned out like silk. So velvety. I used mt silicone bowl scraper to push the soup through the sieve. Worked great!

They are sturdy enough, but they rust
I am using these to sprout seeds. They are sturdy enough, but they rust. If you are using them for dry ingredients, they would probably be fine.
