I didn't give this 5 stars, only because I'm not sure it is a superpower supplement. However, I am prone to get cold sores (1-2 times a year), and ever since I have taken this supplement during the cold sore, they have never been as bad as they used to. So I'm a firm believer this helps! Well worth the money.
