Yes; the blades will work on all of the "Silhouette Cameo 4's". That means they will work on the; Plus and the; Pro.

What does autoblade 2 mean?

Autoblade is is the "remodeled" and updated autoblade. Cameo 2 has no autoblade capability because the cutter cannot communicate with the blade. Autoblade 2 is only for cameo 4's, in any size. It also works on some other silhouette models, but I don't have those and won't even try to give info on them. If you have a cameo 3 and it is up to date, you can purchase an autoblade that works with that version. But not cameo 2.
