The water your TUSHY uses to wash comes from the water source before the tank and there's no backflow, so the tank water and the TUSHY water never mix. Q: I have a "Clean Shield 3" raised toilet seat, Elongated, will the classic work with this seat?

Hi there, The trick with these kinds of booster seats is to install the TUSHY in between the booster and the seat itself. We recommend taking the whole thing off, then putting the booster on the toilet, the TUSHY on top of the booster, and the seat on top of the TUSHY. If your booster seat doesn't allow for you to install the TUSHY in that manner, unfortunately, I don't think TUSHY will currently be a good match for this kind of raised seat alas. Due to the added height to the seat, the stream of water from the TUSHY won't be able to actually reach where it needs to—it will likely hit much further forward and not provide an effective cleaning wash. Any seat with at least two inches of added height that's not a two-piece booster likely won't work as intended. Perhaps the TUSHY Travel would be a great addition to your bathroom? Q: Built well? Ive had a cheaper bidets control pod crack from thigh pressure?

I don’t think it’s great quality. It’s all plastic, except for the hose fittings, so unless it is some sort of super plastic I’m not impressed. I keep having to adjust it since I’m 230 lbs and I periodically knock it backwards if I sit too hard on the seat. The install manual says to put the nozzle just near the back of the bowl but if you do that you get water on your tailbone so you have to pull it forward a bit. That is what gets knocked back. I know people rave about this, but I don’t get it. It’s my first bidet and I was expecting a better experience from the way people talk about it.

Worked exactly as promised

Just installed my new tushy bidet. It worked perfectly. The only thing that wasn't initially clear was you have to turn the water pressure up to a certain amount to have the water spray change from just pointing straight down to spraying up/out. It took about 5 minutes to put on my toilet and works great. Just note that you need to adjust the water "pressure" to about 50% before it starts spraying up and out. At least on my home bowl. Water was cool, but I didn't get the heated model, so that's on me. Works fantastic, and the whole kit is well worth it.

Great product that lives up to its name!

Bought for my wife after some nagging... Wow! what a great purchase... works as advertised and cleans thoroughly. Installing took about 30 minutes, probably longer than need as I double checked all fittings. Seating the plastic intake was harder than anticipated in order to line up the threads perfectly. Anyway, no more nagging.Follow up... like so well we bought another one. The big bonus is daily use has eased hemorrhoid issues.

Why did I ewait so long

The days of being a cave man are over! No longer do you need to live the life of a savage The Tushy Bidet is sooo nice!!! leaves you clean as if you just showered. No you are not soaked in water just a dab or two of TP and your doneSo easy to install it comes complete with good instructions and all the necessary parts to connect it. I finished the install in like 15 minutes!! GO get you one and celebrate being clean again!!!
