The shipping was super fast and I won’t complain about that. I received an email from marvin orig3n’s decoding robot on 10/21/2020 stating they’d received my sample. The email stated “ The lab team will start working on decoding your sample to generate your DNA Test results right away! Soon, you’ll be able to explore your genetic code as it relates to your unique traits. Because we’re just as excited as you are, we’ll make sure to get your results to you as soon as possible! ”Well, this was only supposed to take maximum of 8 weeks. I’ve sent 2 emails and have only received a computer generated response that says “ As we shared with the Orig3n community, our labs have reallocated their resources to assist with the dire need for COVID-19 testing. We have not fully stopped the processing of the DNA testing in our lab and are working through the samples when able. If you’ve already been in touch with us about your order, please know our team is doing everything possible to have your report completed as soon as possible.Our processing time is currently 6 to 8 weeks. Please calculate this from the day you get an email from Marvin letting you know your sample has been received.”Now, you would think that some business would continue as normal and someone would respond as to where my dna is and what’s going on. Sorry, I know covid testing is important, but you’ve received MY dna. I have a right to be kept in the loop as to what’s going on with it, rather than be ignored.Don’t waste time and money on this company. What this company is doing with those samples received...no one knows because they don’t respond. Don’t expect communication or results promised.

Really interesting results in the beauty kit! Results are split into 4 sections: skin aging, skin elasticity, appearance and skin health, uv sensitivity. Skin aging and elasticity is very insightful to know what to now anticipate as I age. I plan to buy products accordingly to address certain issues I can expect. The other results help me to pick products now. What I like the most is the supporting research. It's quite educational. It informs you what % of people have the same gene tendency and gives a few paragraphs of information about the gene, how it affects the general population and an in depth definition.

They are still selling this product even though they are no longer running the test I was really looking forward to the information I could get from this test just to find out that I was never gonna get the results I did contact them and they did say they will refund me so I will wait in that but there is nothing stating they aren’t running the test anymore not worth itUpdate still no refund

I read and read, again, what Amazon described on the Orig3n BEAUTY DNA TEST. HAD I KNOWN AN APP IS REQUIRED, I WOULD NEVER MADE THE PURCHASE! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! (I only have a land line, and I'm satisfied with the land line!)

If I could give it a zero star I would! I bought this back in May I’ve contacted the company for months to get my results and haven’t heard anything from them!

Can't even register without the app crashing Everytime virtually no customer service amazon will give you the run around don't waste your time and money

Never received results. Ordered and registered my kit nearly a year ago. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam.
