This workout is AWESOME!!!
I completed the first two workouts and I am beat. I’ve done the P90X, P90X3, Insanity and Body Beast; but Tapout XT has to be the toughest out of all of them. I’ll update this after I complete the first week.I assume the set that I received was returned, because the box was taped shut, but all the disks look good and all of the equipment was there. There are a total of thirteen disks, just as pictured. There’s also a resistance band and a calendar and diet book and other items. The price is great too. So if you’re looking for some new kick-your-butt workouts for cheap, then this is it. Also, I received the workouts within two days after ordering. Way worth the price and quick shipping! This is an update after one week:Resistance bands are included but buy a full set separately. The ones I received are too strong for me. They may be too strong, not strong enough or just right for you; but because resistance bands are used so often in this series, you will be happier if you have a full set to choose from as you get stronger.A lot of core work, some of which I’ve never experienced before. All awesome stuff.A lot of get down, get up.Cardio is a major part of every session.Great workouts for legs and butt, arms, chest and core; but I think you may want to do some additional back work. I’m keeping my pull-up bar installed. This series is tuff. Just like with any workout, stay safe and modify as needed. Take breaks, and always try to do your best without over doing it.Completed two months so far:I’ve lost eight pounds and I’m looking more ripped. My core is definitely stronger. My endurance is better. I have started adding my pull-up routine back into my workout week again, because my number of pull-ups has gone down. On the plus side, my push-up’s numbers have increased and my weak shoulder is much stronger. My chronic, lower back pain has decreased, so my lower back is getting stronger. Yea!

Amazing workout but extreme
Tapout is not for beginners. I’ve done P90X and these workouts are on par with those. One minus about the program is the warm up could be better. With this type intense training it’s really important that you adequately prepare your body. The warm ups are way too mediocre for the work out which could cause injury. Overall I am impressed by the workouts and if you can stick with it you will see results

A kick your butt workout
This is a physically exhausting workout but it is great! If you like a challenging workout that is different all the time then this program would be great for you! I haven't sweated like this since high school. I'm a 40 year old mom of 4 and my kids encourage me every day to keep working. Its hard work but when you finish a workout you feel so empowered, confident and of course tired. I would definately recommend this to my friends.

Terrible!
High intensity workout BUT does not allow you to skip intro and get right to the workouts and the host/trainer is quite annoying to listen to. It is comparable to a low budget film. You almost don’t want to continue with the workout because you don’t want to listen to him anymore. Not a well formatted series of workouts.
