With some patience and following the instructions this toe protector works great. Would recommend using on new boots before they get dirty/oily. Attention to detail while masking makes application clean and easy. A sharp razor knife makes removing masking easier. Note: 4 hours between coats, and 24 hours cure time.

Take your time applying and it will save your expensive work boots. Looks good, tough stuff. Did 2 pair of boots with some left.

I admit It has been a few months since I purchased this product. However I never even opened the box, until I went to use it and broke the factory seal on the container and it's all dried up. So I guess what I'm saying is don't buy it with the thought of using it when your boots are ready for repair buy it to use it right away in case it's dry and you want to exchange or return it. Otherwise it is a good product, I have used it before and it works well to repair busted or worn toes on safety toe boots. It sticks to old greasy boots and does not wear or fall off. I will and have recommended it to others.

I did three boots. Easy to apply on the boots. I did three layers on one, two on the other two. Covers the holes pretty well if you take your time if you have any holes on your boots. I played in some water at my job, the part that was covered didn't soak through. Yes there is some smell when applying but let's be real here, it's chemical. It's going to smell. It's to be expected. The look is good as well. Alittle bumpy. If you are in construction, maintenance, crap jobs, looks won't matter. For doing three boots, I definitely got my money's worth out of it. I purposely bumped my boots against some buildings and metal and the covered areas held. Definitely buy again.Update 1/17/25Still holding up. I've worn these boots every day at work and still done fantastic.

Great product and super durable. Easy to apply as well. But I marked it three stars for the following reason. I received the item but didn't use it for a couple of months. When I did use it, it was all dried up. I called the company and they asked for a number on the box. They said the one I had was a year old. They sent me a fresh new one right away.

Looks like a good product but double check the color before you use it. I was sent the wrong color.Company responded immediately and sent the correct color.

I used the 2.5 oz bottle to cover my expensive work boots that I wanted to protect because my job is hard on boots. This bottle was enough to cover three coats. The end result is a hard flexible rubber that I'm assuming will last a really long time. Probably as long as the boots themselves if you got a really good pair. The only bad part about this product is that it's really messy. So make sure you prepare. I would suggest getting latex gloves and use painters tape so you can get nice clean lines. I've had this on my boots for over a month now and as rough as I am on them at work, it doesn't even look like they've been affected at all. Highly suggestible productUpdate..... So I'm at exactly 2 months of this product use. I do have three thick coats on it, but as hard as I am on the tips of my boots, there's not even a scratch on it. So two months worth of use and looking like the first day I applied them, I'm going to say more likely they'll last as long as your boots will last!
