Actually somewhat more emotional after taking this a short while. As someone who almost never cries, I was surprised to get watery eyes when driving past places that reminded me of my best buddy who died 8 months ago. Had to do some public speaking and didn’t get overly anxious. Able to be more patient with family member with OCD and early dementia- I used to be miserable and frustrated. More energy and probably a healthier emotional range.

These vitamins don't taste great, but they aren't as awful as some I've had in the past. I would call the flavor 'neutral', almost flavorless. The Sarcosine was recommended to help with my brain fog due to schizophrenia. I've been taking it every day, one tablet, for about 5 months now and it seems to be helping me get through my work days easier without causing any unwanted behavioural side effects. I feel like I can focus a little easier. The supplement bottle says you can take up to two tablets a day, but so far, I've just been taking one a day. They are expensive, but like I said, they seem to be helping, so for now, I'll keep taking just the one a day.

These pills are huge! Wish we had known before ordering. My son typically has no problem taking pills of all sizes but this was impossible. It’s described as a tablet. The picture I took is of this pill, in comparison to a generic Ibuprofen. If you have any trouble swallowing pills, don’t waste your money.
