VFM
Fantastic little lightweight cooker! Paired with a small gas bottle it all fits nicely in my day pack (gas in my 750ml pot) it provides an excellent flame! Would recommend use of a screen to assist against the wind and reduce boil time! Great price and VFM!

Compact
I really like this. It's small comes in a sturdy little container and is light . Would say you could cook a 3 course meal but nice enough when supported to cook up a camp meal.

Terrific! Tea, milk and two sugars.
Heavens, what a little cracker this Fire Maple stove is. So minute and yet has a really good heat spread. Excellent for simmering too. Now don't be doing your head in over boil times, that just hype for YouTube junkies. Out in the bondu you've usually got plenty of time; weight is your biggest enemy IMHO. Even if you're a squaddie and you've got your section corporal breathing down your neck to get a brew on and get going again in less than ten minutes this one will do the job for you. Attached to a canister of gas of course. Cheap and cheerful, I love this little stove which has become my lightweight trekking go to. Five stars from me. Tea, milk and two sugars.

Backpacking essential
A real morale booster when you're hiking / walking in the woods. Take it out your backpack and you can have a brew going in minutes. Packs away small and light. Highly recommend.(In case you've never used anything like this before, buy screw-top gas cans, the fitting is universal. I got a Coleman C300.)

Small and neat....but!
This is a small and neat design however there isn't much control over the flame. You have to have in full on to ignite and then you have very little control as if you go much lower than full on it goes out in the slightest breeze. You get what you pay for.

Great pressure
Good quality stove, good price, comes in one of the best cases I’ve seen, fits inside the Firemaple Petrel stove perfectly out the case.Well made and has good pressure, not great flame control but you can get a small flame if you’re well shielded from the wind.If you want a stove to fit the new Firemaple Petrel pot, this one fits perfectly.
