Purchased for toddler son and he loves playing with it! The picture cards are a nice bonus to allow older kids to follow pattern. Size is good too, maybe not for traveling on plane but in car or for home use it is good. I have recommended to friends children and they enjoy it as well. It’s a little pricey IMO but it seems to be lasting a long time with constant play.

Purchased for my 4 year old for our road trips. It keeps her entertained for a decent while, and my 1 year old enjoys shaking it to make music too! We don’t really use the cards that come with it to demonstrate designed, but they may be liked be older kids. I like simple game for the car that don’t require a lot of pieces, this fits our needs well.

I believe the point is that the magnetic balls get stuck in place (contrary to what the other reviewer has written). This is a fantastic toy for ALL ages. I originally bought it for our 1.5 year old, so that she could work on her fine motor skills. She absolutely loves it. Not only is it great for her fine motor skills, it has helped her develop her concentration. The magnetic stylus picks up the ball, which gets stuck in the hole, with a very satisfying "click". You can draw shapes with it, but just popping up the balls is so satisfying for all the kids. All my kids LOVE it as well as their friends. Another strangely enjoyable function is to push the balls back down with your fingertip. Three mother's who have come to our house on separate occasions and have seen the kids using this have purchased it for their kids. (I myself bought it after seeing my children use it at someone else's house.) I seldom take the time to write reviews, but really, this toy is a real winner.

At first I was worried I just spent $20 on a magnetic board you can’t do anything with. BUT this has been the most fought over toy in our house. I’ll be ordering another one. My toddlers LOVE this. And it’s great for sensory seekers as you get the beads up it’s fun to pop them. Loud if shaken but seriously a great addition to our toys.

Both my wife and I have been working from home with a toddler. We've become experts at what keeps her entertained and busy and engaged so that we don't just turn on the TV for the whole day. This magnetic board has been a great purchase! Our little girl has so much fun drawing, pushing the magnets back down, hearing the sounds, etc. Grandma came to visit and she got distracted with it. I caught mom playing with it the other day. I was caught too. It's silly to think something so simple could be so satisfying but it is. I definitely recommend this to literally anybody who likes mindless fun.

Bought this after seeing it on an IG influencer’s page. She used it with her kids when they were out at restaurants to keep them busy. My two boys love it. They are 1.5 and 3.5 and they like the sound it makes when you run the pen over the tabs. My older one likes makes small designs and the younger one likes pushing the silver magnet balls back in. All in all it was worth the purchase. Also, not a church or quiet activity as the magnets are quite loud when they pop in and out. So it wouldn’t work for a situation like that.

My four year old is very creative and loves to do arts and crafts. This was the perfect toy for him to occupy his time while recovering from an intense surgery. Hours of fun! If I’m being honest I enjoy it too! Sort of like a zen garden for my mind 🙂

This is one of my favourite toys to gift. My own child has played with his from 2-8y old and it’s held up well! Excellent road trip accompaniment

This is a great toy, we take it along when we travel because they're no little pieces to lose. My kids enjoy picking this up and playing with it. I wish it was a perfect square, I thought it was a little strange especially when they get into symmetry. We've used this as a math tool for counting and graphing. Has held up well. I'd buy it again.

Everything works perfect the only thing that would have been better is the contrast silver on a dark background would’ve worked best but it’s pretty cool
