My teenage boys are both in sports and they have a lot of energy lately. I'm thinking these vitamins are working well for them. Smell good and they say they taste like candy, so I'm assuming the consistency is okay. Medium sized and very good for the price.

This is one of the oldest products that have been around for a long time. I have used and still use their vitamins now for all the women 50+. That’s why I was so happy to find out that they had vitamins just for teens. They are the gummy type and my grandson loves taking them. Since he’s been on them, he started taking better care of himself, making sure that he eats right, he exercises and he always make sure that he takes his vitamins every day. These vitamins have put him on the road to excellent health. I’ve noticed the difference in his skin care his nails and his hair grows really well. If you’re not a person who believes in vitamins in my opinion, you should try these. They also have them for team aged girls as well. I recommend this product.

Product is not bad, value for money. It aids my teenage son with energy level, skin tone, hair and assist with immune system. Easy to take, flavours are great.

my picky teens approve of these multivitamins. One thing to note is that it does not contain calcium or iron, so we do have to supplement other vitamins for these. Another thing to note, the vitamin content is almost identical to the girls teen multivitamin but the boys' version contains more magnesium. So I purchase only the boys' version for both my boy and girl, who both need a lot of magnesium as moody teens. However, my teens enjoy the taste of these multivitamins so we will continue to purchase.

I have always tried to keep up with my kids multivitamins, especially during the school year and winter. It has ALWAYS been a struggle, edifier since my son is very lucky about textures, taste, etc...When this bottle arrived, I put it on his desk and he said "what? No." I told him he was taking them and to stop arguing.Last night he came to the kitchen and and me why the vitamins were only once a day because they tasted better than candy.This is the first time ever that he has been more than willing to take a vitamin. I will be getting these exclusively from now on.

My boys will at least take these and not complain that they are “ too old to take a vitamin”. Taste is good and gummy is soft.
