Great product for this price point, though not quite perfect.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Note: I purchased this item in both Nickel and Bronze... my video only shows the bronze, but it applies equally to both finishes. We recently moved into a new (to us) home, and wanted to replace all the brass knobs. So we looked around and ordered a few different knobs on Amazon to compare.I tried to find a local source for Copper Creek... funny story. I contacted Copper Creek via their website. They referred me to a local reseller. I called the reseller, but they had no idea they carried Copper Creek until I told them. The sales guy confirmed, but they had none in stock to view. Instead he tried to sell me on Schlage, at a much higher price. No deal. Back to Amazon.I ordered this in nickel and bronze. I personally liked the nickel better, since the bronze just seems like it might scratch (or show scratches) more easily. It has a nice feel overall, and if there were no other options, we would have gone with this. But we also ordered a sample of another brand (see my other review), and it came out as our preference.Pros:Unique egg stylingReadily available through AmazonVariations such as dummy, passage, privacy, entry, etcFinish options include bronze, nickel and possibly othersVery nice retail box, looks more high end than the knob itselfGreat pricingEasy to installCons:Has a bit of "wobble" or rattle, not bad, but more than another brand I triedKnob isn't perfectly vertical, has a few degrees of tilt (this was true on both knobs I ordered)Metal feels a bit thinner than other brandsToss up:The privacy lock can be unlocked by a coin. This means you don't need to worry about losing keys. But it is also a bit less "private", and arguably doesn't look as good. So, that's about it. Great knob. Almost bought about 30 of them. But it fell a bit short in the end. Solid 4 stars though.Enjoy!

Sprucing Up Doors w An Easy 5 Min Install
Really cute knobs helped to spruce up all the doors. The old school brassy gold knobs weren't cutting it anymore so a 5 min swap really upped our door game. Arrived very packaged: box in box w air cushioning and everything you need to install it, aside from the screwdriver. Some confusion initially because I thought a "Privacy" knob meant there was a lock -- it's more of a bathroom lock situation where you can unlock from the outside with a coin, not key. The correct one that I wanted was a "Entry" lock which has the two keys that come w it. This "Passage" knob I just got for a hallway closet. No DIY makeover for it other than the knob but still quite an improvement from the before.

Great for the money. Not a safety knob sturdiness
These definitely are not as solid as the more expensive doorknobs but the looks is perfect and they work fine. I think they are the same as ones we purchased for a different phase of renovation a few years ago and they have lasted very well. I would not buy this brand for exterior safety locks but for inside they are just fine. This is a nice matte black but not a super matte black that has a weird finish if you know what I mean. Just not shiny. As a side note the "key" for unlocking the door from the outside (the little pin key you keep in case a kid locks themself in the bathroom) seems nice and sturdy and is actually kind of cute. I might put a pretty tassel on one and lay it on the dresser in the guest room just in case.

Great buy!
Great product for the price, similar knobs at Lowe’s cost $34 each. The great price on these made it financially easier to replace all door knobs in the house and easier to get my husband on board! These gave my doors the look I was going for. Bumped down to 4 stars because a knob had some pretty bad scratches (it was for a passage door and was easily hidden) and I was shorted a long screw, thankfully I was replacing knobs and had some screws left over and didn’t have to make a run to the store.

Handles and feels like a more expensive door knob
Purchased because the toddler has figured out how to remove the child protective covering from our non locking door knobs. I love these, they are heavy, which usually is an indicator of more sturdy durable materials. Our house was built in the 70s, and we have plain Hollow core doors probably from the same era, and I did not have to miter or adjust the openings that were already in the doors, or door jamb, to fit things. Fits great, works great, have only had them in for a week so if there's any fail out of the three we got I will come back and update this. But I would recommend these door knobs if you are looking for a lower-cost, yet still durable option.

Sturdy, cute, classic
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I love a classic egg door-handle. I know some folks do not, but these are great in an older style or punter home.I also like the exposed screws, not for aesthetic, but because they’re easy to tighten with a regular screwdriver if they become loose.Satin nickel finish is nice and so is the price!

WELL MADE, STURDY QUARTER-TURN DOOR KNOB
I need to replace all the doorknobs in our home so I was looking for a reasonably priced doorknob that was functional. The egg shape is very ergonomic, allowing you to easily grasp the knob without having an arm on the doorknob. The mechanism seems to run smooth and with it only needing to be turned a quarter turn aids in the ease of opening. We have been using it for a few months now and are quite happy with the finish and durability. Will it last?... Won't know until we have an issue.

Getting the look for less.
This product gave me the look I was after at a reasonable price, the same style can cost way more. I did find it a little difficult to install - a you tube video came to my rescue:). If like me you need to remove the faceplate, I found you have to force it apart with the help of a scewdriver - I thought I was going to break it, but no, once separated it slides off easily. Ajusting the latch was also a little problematic but I managed it in the end. The instructions could be clearer in my opinion. So, overall for the price I think this is a very good option & I will probably buy again for other doors in the house.

Good value
I added a couple of doors and these were the best match for the existing oval/egg shaped handles already fitted. I search everywhere and these were the best and at a good price compared to a lot of others at most hardware stores. Once fitted they look great.

excellent product
I changed all the doorknobs in my house to the egg shaped ones and I've used keyed, passage, and privacy knobs. They are beautiful, easy to install, and good quality. I'm happy with every one of them. They are also good for arthritic hands.
