Solid Brass Civil War Confederate CS Army Puppy Paw Belt Buckle

this is a good quality item and met all my expectations. i will have to buy a new belt in order to wear it because of the design. i didn't look closely enough when I ordered it and it doesn't fit a standard belt with a single line of holes. no problem, i'll buy a new belt. i'm very satisfied.

There was no way to connect this buckle to the new belt I also bought but I think it would have been the same for any belt. Also it's a little irritating that I bought the belt and buckle because it was suggested to buy the two together.

The quality of this buckle is great. The hardware on the back is unusual (2 sharp prongs and one traditional buckle notch) and we had a hard time finding a belt to go with it. We had to take a regular leather belt to a leather shop to have custom holes punched in the belt.

buckle looks really good but can not find belt that fits puppy paw. I missed this when I boughy it but I will pursue finding the correct belt.

Really heavy and I did not pay attention to the back. This buckle is like an original, not the loop through type. My son loves it and is going to keep it as a keepsake. Now I just have to find another one with the loop.

it has weird old timey clips on it, does not fit on modern belt, trashed it
