Cartoon Saloon's Irish Folklore Trilogy [Blu-ray]

A must have for fans of animation and Celtic lore!

All three of these films are so beautifully made it's insane. The stories are full of charm and heart as well. My personal favorite is Wolfwalkers but all three are absolute masterpieces.I am disappointed in the case, it's loose leaf and has poor construction. Literally just cardboard.It's a collector piece, sure, but the discs need better protection than this.

This seems to be very difficult to find now. It's the only way to get Wolfwalkers outside of Apple TV as far as I can tell. I got it just as it was going out of stock here, and I'm glad that I didn't wait any longer.

All three movies are a must see. This is currently the only way to see Wolfwalker without a streaming service and I highly recommend buying this set if you can get it on sell.

I absolutely love Tom Moore's imagination. His movies are so beautiful. I was really sad that Wolf Walkers was an apple exclusive. For someone that's not into apple products it was a bummer. When I saw this plus the little art booklet I thought why not. My Kells movie was an old DVD so I thought I better upgrade.I saw a lot of people in the reviews complain about the case that it doesn't hold the disks very well. At first glance I agreed, BUT I learned that it really isn't a big deal. The TRICK to make sure the disc is in SECURELY is:While pushing the disc in, make sure your other hand is pushing in the white circle from the other side of the "page". If you try to put it in with one hand it's not nearly as effective and might fall out.I didn't even have to press hard to get it all the way in the holder. Once you see the white foam is all the way through the hole of the disc it will not fall out.

Came in at amazing condition no damage

When I first ordered this product, I was assuming that I would only get the three discs in a nice decorative box and that was it. I was pleasantly surprised when I open the box and found not only three discs, but four! The last disc is director's commentary and bonus scenes.In addition to that, there is also a nice poster featuring the main protagonist of the three movies, a book that shows how each movie was designed, and a sturdy case for each of the Blu-ray disc.The only thing that I did not like, was that buttons holding the blu-rays in place, didn't do the best of jobs. But there were no scratches on the discs.Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to people who like these movies.I wish though, that they offered only Wolfwalkers by itself as I can understand the frustrations of people who are looking forward to buying it and already have the two other movies or if money is tight.But in short, I highly recommend buying this collection!

I was nervous to get this because the reviews mentioned the packaging, but I suppose it's been updated because I have had no issues with it. As the only place I can get Wolfwalkers without Apple TV I have been itching to have this set, and now that I have it I can say it's 100% worth it. Not a scratch or smudge on any of the DVDs and packaged in a clever way. Cartoon Saloon is such a gorgeous studio and I'm so excited to continue rewatching this for as long as I can!
