Inno-vis NQ1700E Embroidery Machine

Machine had issues, sent out for repairs, came back working fine then after a couple weeks it would start having problems again, I’ve sent the machine out for repairs three times, not user error as I have been doing this for over a year now and had no issues for 9 months till December. Machine is currently being serviced so hopefully they finally find the issue. Otherwise the machine stitches great and is easy to use. Very fun and beginner friendly.

Great product no issues still have this machine three years later

I have been using this machine for my small business now for a few months and it has been great! I had another brand previously and wasn’t sure about the switch but now I won’t go back! Ease of use has been the biggest positive!

Excelente marca, muy duradera. Te ayudara mucho para tu emprendimiento o si la quieres para uso personal también. Trae todas las instrucciones y manuales. También la puedes programar con tu wifi. Es muy actualizada.

I have the Brother 4x4 then upgraded to the 5x7 and wellllll….I now have the Brother 6x10. They are all amazing machines! I like the 6x10 the best because it eliminates most jump stitches.

This is a great machine— and a great seller. I was able to get this as an “open” box. It’s in perfect shape. In fact you can’t tell it was open box. It runs right out of the box-no problems. I got it for a discount— and 5 days early. Wireless is great— no problem transferring designs, very easy to use. LOVE this machine and the seller.

The hoop sensor malfunctioned within 6 months of purchase, and this model does not have a way to manually override hoop position like other models. Brother support can’t help. UPDATE: I took it to my local sewing shop to be repaired. They do not recommend purchasing this machine from Amazon, they say Brother machines from the Amazon storefront tend to be manufactured differently than machines purchased from authorized Brother dealers. I purchased this same model again, this time from an authorized store. So far it is much better, and it cost 500 less from the dealer, too.
