I received this item overnight. I had a buffet product than this but it didn’t perform properly. This item is fantastic so far. I love how it makes cleaning things so easy. Window sills that are hard to reach. Refrigerator. Trim on floors. Etc.

I was struggling to clean our guest house shower because of all the grout and I purchased this and can now confirm the shower is cleaner than ever before without all the chemicals needed. I love this, worth every penny. Easy to use, but if you plan on cleaning floors you’ll need an extension cord. And water capacity is roughly 600sqft if clean +shower.

When you open the box, everything is neatly packaged. The directions are simple enough. I put bottled water in and plugged it in. I turned the knob to the right half way and waited. The unit starts making a high pitched noise. That's the first problem. No sound muffling. If you use this machine without hearing protection, you will probably experience mild hearing loss in the near future if you use this device regularly.The second problem is that at full blast, the machine cannot regulate the "steam" production at all! It makes a hot vapor at best. It looks cool like it's gonna blast away germs and other sticky stuff, but truthfully you can hold your open palm three inches away and you palm gets wet with warm water.... not steam.... water. So for instance if you try to knock the wrinkles out of a shirt.... nope.... can't do it. You're gonna wind up with a wet wrinkled shirt.The best mode of operation is when the dial is set to the lower end of the water setting. It makes a "drier" hot vapor, that can probably loosen adhesives and such. There is not 2500 watts of power running through this device. Thats a bold lie for sure. This thing could work better if the design was better, but it's just a heated coil and a rheostat that pulls more or less water into the line when you adjust the dial. Not good enough to spend the money on. My regular clothes iron makes better steam than this thing. 😔. It's going back tomorrow.

I used the device for 20 minutes cleaning my shower. Did a great job cleaning but the slightest slip of the hand and you will have severe burns. There should be a guard on the handle grip to prevent you from coming in contact with the metal components. It’s a plastic grip, how hard would it have been to put a 1/4” tall circular guard on the end? Steam output is intermittent. You will get about 30 seconds, then wait another minute to get another 30 second burst. Cord length isn’t sufficient for bathrooms as they usually don’t put outlets near the shower. You will need an extension cord if you have a decent size bathroom.

Much easier to use then my first purchase.

Isn’t very effective at cleaning water spots and soap scum, which is what I bought it for.I would return it, but I waited too long and the return window has passed. 🫤It might prove useful for another cleaning project.
