I'm 5'10" 200# and 33" waist. I conceal a compact 4" barrel OWB very well. I think it will work for a 5" barrel as well. I got the medium size jacket and fit right for me.

Q: Is it suppose to come with a bag?

No, just the jacket...packaged in clear plastic bag, similar to shirts. Excellent jacket!!!

Q: does this have a hood?
