Unacceptable Shipping & Delivery Time
Product received as described and functions properly. However, shipping was by basic USPS and took 9 days for delivery. Totally unacceptible shipping time!

broken within the year one the needle came off and the other the needle stopped moving.

Lasted only 2 months
Pinch gauge failed only 2 months into use in an office setting by a fellowship trained hand surgeon. Product stored appropriately in the provided foam lined container between uses. Initially worked well. Around 6 weeks in the gauge began maxing out at 10lbs, and then failed completely a few weeks later. No reading possible at any force currently.

I bought this product the end of November and it already does not work. I don’t who to contact for a replacement.
