Perfect size
This fits my purpose perfectly since I can choose from 2 different size servings, makes good popcorn, pops the corn without oil, it's easy to use, easy to store and easy to clean for silicone. The only thing I don't like is that it is a bit floppy and mine is slanted when extended but it does work well and the handles do stay cool, another problem is finding out how long you need to put it in the microwave, it's trial and error. My one suggestion is make sure you have toppings for the cooked popcorn before you make the first batch.

PERFECT POPCORN, COMPACT, EASY TO USE, SIMPLE CLEAN UP
I was going to buy an air popper and then I was thinking about storing it, cleaning it and what a nuisance. I saw this and had to give it a try.It came in a little box with a round piece of tape to keep it closed, so I opened it from the bottom by pulling the pieces of cardboard apart in case I had to return it.I took it out of the box and it popped into a full-size bowl. I added a little dish soap with hot water and lightly washed it and rinsed it thoroughly. Dishwasher safe too.Yes, it feels thinner in the middlle because of the design so it can collapse for storage (not hard to understand, it won’t tear). The instructions are on the side of the box and you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to use this product! I know some complain about no instructions, it’s flimsy, etc. I like the fact that there’s not a waste of extra packaging and papers for instructions when it’s self-explanatory. It’s popcorn!Open the bowl, add a quarter cup of popcorn, and 1 tsp. oil or butter if you want for flavor (not necessary for popping), put the lid in the bowl (does not fit on top) to fit inside the bowl to make a seal to make heat to pop the popcorn.Cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes.3 minutes burned the popcorn so I did another bowl for 2 minutes 10 seconds and it was perfect. Only 2 kernels didn’t pop. This will also depend on if you put extra kernels, too little kernels, etc. Rule of thumb is to listen to it and when the popping slows down it’s done. You can figure it out by trial and error. The handles get hot and the lid is very hot so remove lid carefully.Add toppings if you’d like or none to keep it healthy. This is so much healthier than microwave popcorn packs with chemicals which we never use.We like white kernel popcorn (natural) and Mr. Kernels white cheddar popcorn topping for cheat days.TWO 8.5 oz Mr. Kernel white cheddar for $8.47 with subscribe & save!I paid $9.99 for mine when they’re on Amazon for $4.99. Don’t listen to the reviews about how cheap and flimsy. It is a simple collapsible silicone bowl. That’s it! There’s nothing else to it!Great product! Easy to use! Simple clean up! Perfect storage! Perfect popcorn!

Easy and fantastic popcorn popper
My brother encouraged me to buy this replacing a stove top popper. Initially I resisted because I was happy with the taste of stove popcorn. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the corn was and how many kernels popped. Have used it consistently since purchased and it's easy to clean and a perfect size.

Healthier and easy…BUT
In an effort to get away from chemicals in pre bagged microwave popcorn, my dietician recommended this! I was excited because of the price point besides just the health benefits. I love so many things about it~simplicity, storage, and even color. In 2 minutes,15 seconds it pops a full bowl (I adjusted times several times for my particular microwave ). BUT~the smell of the bowl and lid are becoming more unpleasant to me with each continued use. It’s not a burnt popcorn smell or ~it’s difficult to explain. But I’m uncomfortable with it~I even SOAK it in warm soapy water. When I wipe it with much effort with a towel, the smell dissipates some. But now, it’s becoming a dread to wipe out because it’s so strong. Perhaps I just need to break down and buy an air popper like I had in the 90’s. I want to love this! I’ve used it at least 15 times since my purchase so I don’t feel like my money was a complete waste. I hope it works for you! I really wanted to keep using it!

It really works, and it's super convenient.
I have been popping popcorn in a Stir-Crazy Air Popper for years, and I really love it, but as simple to use as that is, I just saw so many videos about popping in the microwave that I wanted to try one in this style. You can pay a lot more for one like this than this one, but I can't imagine what they would do better. The process is so dang simple, there is basically no obstacle to making a bowl of popcorn. I keep it in it's box stacked up with the cereals, and it's almost as easy to make as a bowl of cereal. Drop a 1/4 cup of kernels in there, lid it up, and microwave for 2 minutes. Perfect. Just perfect. Not a lot of dead kernels, and clean up is a breeze. I DON'T add toppings into the silicone bowl, I transfer it to a bigger bowl, so the silicone one only ever touches popcorn. I don't want to get oil and salt in it.I add one of the premade popcorn oils they sell on Amazon, and super fine salt, like popcorn or pickling salt. (I make my own by just grinding salt in my spice grinder.) That takes no time and is delicious. If you want to kick it up a notch, use real melted butter or ghee, and maybe some flavoring, like Hoosier Farms powders. For a slightly better result, soak your kernels in water for 10 minutes, and increase the cooking time to 3 minutes, (though obviously, every microwave is different.) You'll get fewer dead kernels and a bit fluffier popped ones.I'm really pleased with this purchase!
