I’ve tried over 300+ brands in my life. Some made be choke and gag with their taste. Some made me nauseated by their taste and scent. Some made me more bloated than Turkey’s currency. But this! This is the best. I bought the unflavored one. No strong taste, no additives, no bloating, no feeling of nausea, nothing. I just made a mango shake and then added the powder afterwards to avoid foaming, shook it inside my container and it mixed perfectly. And it tasted like a mango milk shake and nothing else. Just perfect. Just make sure to add your liquid base before adding the powder to avoid a grainy texture, and simply shaking it is enough to get a pristine and smooth consistency. I wouldn’t recommend blending it as it can create a lot of foam as common with whey isolate. I call this money well spent. Just remember that’s still whey at the end of the day. However, if you’re someone who prefers natural ingredients only, I’d recommend messing around with Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, almond butter and a liquid base like milk and some fruits. You can get a similar profile with a lot more nutrients and for less price.

I bought this the first time based on the reviews and it’s the only protein powder I’ve used since (because it’s truly awesome) — that is, until I was in a pinch and had to pick up another brand at the store while waiting for my Amazon shipment to come in. The brand I picked up was “ #1 rated “ with similar macros to the TrueNutrition brand. French Vanilla flavor. And it was awful- gritty and with a with a weird coconut aftertaste. It made me appreciate the TrueNutrition brand even more. This stuff is smooth, has no weird aftertaste, and it makes my plain nonfat Greek yogurt taste like the most decadent dessert- all while helping me reach my body recomp goals . As an aside, I had to cut out processed sugar a few years ago and the thing I missed most was my vanilla yogurts- I can have them now. I just mix the French vanilla protein powder in with plain yogurt and it tastes wonderful. Add the chocolate fudge flavor to greek yogurt and it tastes like chocolate mousse. Not, weird-diet-chocolate-ish-mousse: but the legit, straight up thing. (This stuff is the BEST diet/weight loss secret.) I’m so happy with this protein powder. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Zero gross, chalky after taste. I have used mixed with both water and almond milk and a quick shake dissolves it completely. Easy option for getting your protein intake up.

The unsweetened is incredible!! I use it with coconut milk and even blended it in my açaí bowl with great taste. I love not tasting any fake sweeteners or additives like in other brands. Feeling more energized and motivated to work out. Wish the unsweetened came in the 2lb bag. Will be buying again

Perfect and blends well into things in baking etc or even morning cream of rice, doesn’t alter the flavor or anything for me so great boost of protein in just about anything
