At first I didn't think it would do any good because under my 220 lbs it compresses to nearly flat. However, my back did feel better when using it than when not. The description is not quite accurate as it is really only 3" thick, not 3.5". When I purchased it, it was cheaper than all the others but the quality was as good.

I have had this thing for over a year and it still holds its shape. It definitely gives the padding needed to take the pressure off my two herniated discs. I have an office job and this makes sitting all day much more bearable.

If you sit for long periods of time, such as in an office or student who reads 8+ hrs per night, then this will save you endless tailbone pain.

Comfortable and economical if you like a blue cover. The others listed have black covers and are more expensive.
