This full-body massage mat without a doubt is a quality product and works well for my needs! Get a 15 minutes massage. I needed a massager that was comfortable relative to other options, improved circulation in my body and helps relieve muscle pain. This unit met and exceeded my expectations. The controller and settings take a bit of learning but I quickly learned my favorite settings.After several weeks I had an issue with the high-pressure settings not working and emailed the Comrelax Massage Company on a weekend. They promptly responded for additional information and then right away they sent me a replacement! The replacement was in hand about a week later. Amazing as that was, there was none of the pay for a replacement and get refunded when the old unit is returned to them. They told me to not return the defective unit to avoid that inconvenience and issued me a 100% refund through my Amazon account!! If you have any doubts or shopping around for a massager you won’t find a better deal than this!

I've used this mat for over 2 years now. I have lower back & neck issues. The lower back moves out of alignment & causes soreness & pain. This air mat functions like hands massaging on the therapy table & I can feel the "pop" when my back goes in place again. As for my neck ... I used this faithfully for about 3 months every day & I no longer have neck pain. It may not help everybody but it has greatly helped me.

Bought this to use for assistance with chronic pain issues due to scoliosis, sciatica, and degenerative disc disease... unfortunate the materials used to create the "massage heads" are extremely hard and even on a low setting hit trigger points that may cause/ trigger more pain... but it works well for my spouse who doesn't have chronic pain issues

The neck piece kills your neck, the vibration is only in the bottom half, not even in the lower back.The seller did send me a full refund, however that doesn't change the shape of the product. With some minor changes it could be a great product. Incorporate the vibration throughout the pad, change the size of the neck massagers, also a little more variation on the remote would be nice. At this time we can not use this as the neck massager actually hurts.

You will feel the little nobs that are vibrant inside the mat when the massage is running.This full-body massage mat is not kneading Shiatsu or Rolling Massager. U have various options for the type of vibration u want.I enjoy how the vibration is not too intense. It’s just right to help soothe, relax me and ease my pain comfortably.I like the air compression massage. It’s an automatic shut off and there are no options to increase the time or have it stay on. So when it goes off u have to turn it back on.
