Just received this shredder i used to make a salad with green onions and it shreds just as advertised! It also shreds leeks great for those that make soup.

Easily one of my favorite purchases! It's super easy to use and works perfectly. It makes shredding scallions so much easier. Helps me make the perfect Korean scallion salad and garnishes. The blades are quite sharp so do be careful when you use it.

This little gadget does one thing: It shreds green onions into the thin little strips that you see in a stir fry. It's as easy as pie to use, and easy to clean (watch the sharp blades). It has a little protective cap to cover the blades when it's in your drawer. It's a cheap little thing but it works perfectly for what it does.

the blades were sharp and cut well, but after around 10 uses, the handle snapped which can be dangerous. probably perfect for home use, would not recommend for restaurant use.

It might be silly to buy single use kitchen gadgets but this really saves time and effort and it doesn't take much space. I use it only to slice thin shreds of green onion (lengthwise). It's quicker and relatively safer than using a knife to do it. Soak the onions in ice water after so they curl up and stay fresh. I just wish i could've chosen the color, oh well.

Works great and as intended. Sharp blades and very easy to shred veggies with this. High quality and very happy with this!

this is a one-function kinda product, cut your green onions long-ways. That's it! but it works well and adds to the esthetic of the dish in an easy way. I will say though that I order two white ones and was sent a white and red one..... not sure why but don't mind too much. Also the blade does not cut the onions into thin slices only into long strings.
