Replaced my hexclad
I have the 12 inch Hexclad and that was decent, love that that was easy to clean. My wife still complains that Heclad was still too sticky. So after buying the Michelangelo wok, I purchase this pan. It's absolutely better than Hexclad. Pan heats up hot, and made perfect eggs with some bacon fat with medium low heat. Easy to clean, not sticking to pan as much as the Hexclad. Hopefully this pan will last forever.

Great pans!
I bought these because we were getting an induction stove and our aluminum pans wouldn't work. After almost a year I can say they are great! 1. They are so easy to clean. Usually just a quick swish with a dishrag is all they need. They haven't seen the dishwasher yet. 2. The lids are also great. One for each pan. The handle is designed so you can place them vertically. 3. After almost a year they look just as new as they did when they came. Excellent product! Buy them with confidence.

Good value.
These work like Hexclad at a fraction of the price. Heats up faster on my induction cooktop than my Costco non-stick pans. These do stick a bit with eggs and such if you don't use oil or butter, but cleans up easily anyway. I like the way it heats up the food efficiently. I like it comes with the glass lid that has a stand-up handle. Well made stainless rim, better than Hexclad.

Non stick
Nice and sturdy. However it's not quite as non stick as it should be. Surprisingly not worth the price.

Beautiful pan. Edit: But a pain to use. Sticks like crazy. Recommend avoiding.
Very solid stainless steel construction. The lid fits perfectly and condensation flows nicely back into the pan without any spatter, and the lid has a vent hole, which I think is just right. The cooking surface is textured with a hex pattern that is raised above a lower level that has an anti stick coating. Honestly I haven’t read the description closely yet, but the hex pattern does affect how it cooks. To my eye, the pan cooks very hot. The exposed metal pattern sticks to food and sears tiny hexagon lines into it. I burnt something the first time I used this pan, my fault but weird for a brand new nonstick pan. I don’t know yet if I like this. Otherwise it is a work of art in stainless steel!

quality
Pan seems to be of high quality. As others have mentioned, not quite as non-stick as some others, but not bad, and easy to clean. My 9.5 inch size is perfect for me, and it is nice to have a wide variety of other sizes to choose from. The handle for the lid is not to my liking, mainly because it is harder to store; but this is a matter of taste, and some might like that it is easier to hold. Looks like it will last, but of course only time will tell.

Good pan: Uneven heating and sounds hollow with something rattling inside
My brother has Hexclad and I was back and forth with him a lot about his pans. His heat very evenly, where these do not.I’m keeping it because it was much better than what I had, the nonstick is great, and I really like the depth of the pan.The uneven heating is not to my liking. If it gets damaged or worn out and needs replacing, I will not buy another. I will go for the hexclad next time.I keep a slim kitchen setup, so I only buy the individual pans I need, and this will do the job better than a disposable Costco commercial kitchen pans.Using metal utensils takes some getting used to because the metal grid pattern is raised so it’s not a perfectly smooth surface to slide a spoon across.

About as good as Hexclad at cheaper price and will last a lifetime
I have a full set of Hexclad pots and pans which I absolutely love. I needed one additional 8-inch pan, and rather than buy another Hexclad pan which costs $160 with a lid, I thought I'd give this MICHELANGELO pan a try since it would only be secondary pan in my collection. Like the Hexclad, the MICHELANGELO pan has a surface comprised of thousands of stainless steel nubs which are surrounded with recessed non-stick material. The result is a pan that is nearly indestructible and will last a lifetime. You can use metal utensils, steel wool, Bar Keepers Friend cleaner, etc. without harming or delaminating the recessed non-stick material which would otherwise be a concern with typical non-stick pans. Two important considerations for using these pans:1. Season the pans before first time use by placing a teaspoon or two of avocado oil in the pans for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then let the pan cool and wipe off the excess oil.2. To maximize the non-stick qualities of this pan, use much lower heat settings than you'd use in other pans. Because of the stainless steel, these pans can get much hotter than other pans. If you don't lower the heat, food may stick. Not a problem though with lower heat settings! For example, if you cook eggs at a heat setting of 4 with other pans, use a heat seating of 2.5 with these pans.If you are looking for a good pan that you will never need to replace and at a reasonable price, try these!

Great Pan
I have been using this pan for about 2 months now. I'm using it on a 24000 btu pro style gas range. I am not a chef!I have cooked everything from Steak to scrambled eggs in this pan with amazing results. It distributes the heat beautifully and has a great weight to it. After about a month, I noticed a spot was sticking a little bit, I cooked some bacon, and tada it was re-seasoned, no more sticking.I clean this the same way I do my cast iron pans, aka hot water and a sponge. And it has been amazing.I LOVE how the lid stands up on the counter using the handle as well.If you want to get into this new hybrid pan world, this pan is a good way to get into it.

Probably worth the price
Since my wife had a stroke, I have taken over cooking duties. I was frustrated by not having a large frying pan with a lid. I also wanted a pan that could be used on the stove top and in the oven. This one fits the bill, at a price. It is very solidly constructed (i.e. heavy) with a nicely fitting glass lid that has a large handle. The non-stick surface is (apparently) environmentally friendly and has a honeycomb pattern of the base material. The sales blurb says that you can safely use a metal spatula if it has rounded edges. Which raises one negative point--there were no care instructions included, no dos and don'ts. This seems odd for such a pricey item. I would like to know how to take care of it in the long term.
