My husband remodels older classic show car interiors and this sharpener keeps his scissors and other instruments perfect and ready to use

Damaged sharpening stone and honing wheel.
The media could not be loaded. Both sharpening and honing wheels damaged. Both wheels were loose. Guide is very sloppy. Missing bolts and washers. Very disappointed with quality. I could find no way to contact company. No other recourse except to return product as no exchange was available.
