Totally damaged product
❌ Worst Product ❌ I received this earphone with mic in a completely damaged condition. The mic was broken and useless right from the start. Sound quality is also poor. Total waste of money. 👎 👉 Please don’t buy this, it’s not worth even trying.

The quality degraded
I used jbl commercial cslm30 earlier and got fascinated by the quality of it. I ordered it for the second time and man, the quality has been stooped so low that I regret buying it in repeat :(

I Use Adobe Ai It's Very Good. 👉Voice Strength Vocal Too Soft At Same Audio Hearing Range Manual Too Increase 100 to 200. 👉Live On Ear Headphone it's Option Mostly i am Use This Feature. 👉 Primary I Use To Voice Over JBL Csum10 Condenser Mic. 👉I Use Video Shoot, I Face Issue Very Short Wire Length It's Biggest Problem, At Least 3Meter Best Option. 👉Carry Pouch High Quality Easy To Care. 👉This Product Really Value For Money Product. 👉You Can Write Mp3,Acc, Wav format.

Headphone built quality
Disappointment with the microphone quality of the headphones. The audio pickup is consistently poor, making communication difficult and unclear. This significantly impacts the overall experience.

Bad customer support experience and bad product
It didnt work. So I asked for replacement. The guy who came to pick it up left without taking it. The option to return the product is buried so deep within the menu that its very difficult to find it. Its a very bad experience to shop on amazon. I am deleting the app

Best budget microphone
I use it for streaming, gaming. The voice is loud and clear, but not for singing as it doesn't capture high notes
