I love this brand. I had the Italian version but in the us, with the adaptor, was not functioning well so I just decided to buy the same brand but with the us plug.Totally satisfy, the brand was advices by my hair stylist.

Used this hairdryer on vacation at the Four Seasons. Immediately looked it up online due to its great quality and strong motor. Not too heavy or loud.

My blow dryer arrived and does not work. I was skeptical buying from a 3rd party retailer but did anyway because I liked the blow dryer when I used one at a four seasons hotel and this was the only way to get this blow dryer. I have waited over a week to receive only for it to not work. Now I need to pay shipping to return item. I am putting this review out there as a warning to not buy.

I am a hairdresser and I love this blow dryer. The price of this dryer is the price I would get it for.

Pleasantly surprised

I was looking for a hairdryer that was not ionic, or have any other type of nano/other technology other than being a hairdryer, so this was perfect for that. The attachments do not sit well on the dryer and so sometimes falls off while in use, so need to re-attach. I don't know if it keeps falling off, whether it will eventually break. The tangle stop is useless and really a waste - I just didn't find an option to just buy the dryer. It's advertised as a "quiet" blowdryer but really it is as loud as any other dryer.
