Got this as a gift to use on saffron and it works well! It's really cute and was made very well. I'm sure it will stand the test of time

Cute, compact, has enough weight it doesn’t tip over.

Good quality but it was carved with flatter bottom so the pestel doesn't make clean contact against all edges. Chunks get stuck in the curves where it can't reach to grind.

So I love this piece, but it is actually more of a decorative piece than usable. I mean, it will work great to crush pills, but otherwise, not food. It is very cute.

This is an elegant yet sturdy pill/spice grinder of flawless construction. I bought two, one in the green onyx, and one of the black marble. I am buying another one in the black marble. I also bought from this same company, RADICALn, two small shaving bowls. Since they are perfect, I am buying more of them. I use them as cat food bowls!
