I love dark chocolate but this is just way too bitter. I could even eat it.

Overhyped, overpriced, and actually no different in taste from a $2.99 100% baking bar of chocolate you can get in a local grocery store. Beware, by the time you pay for shipping for one bar which cost me $12.00 you will pay over $26.00 for a small bar of bitter chocolate.

The chocolate is excellent! I don't want sugar, so this is perfect. The packaging even came with an ice pack to keep the chocolate in good shape during shipping. I didn't give it a 5 star because the bar is on the small side and thin for the price, but it is high-end chocolate.

Strong but...good?I dont like dark chocolate but I decided to try out this 100% dark chocolate and I do believe that this is 100% grade A+ chocolate of the Darkest variety, it is super strong and super...chalky. I tried masking the dark coco taste with coffee, coffee did not work, but it would be interesting to dring some coffee made from 100% dark chocolate. so I say if you love dark chocolate buy it, and if you dont like dark chocolate buy it just so you can acknowledge why you dont like dark chocolate and how much you really appreciate the other side of the coco scale.

These got a shoutout on JRE for being the most delicious dark pure cocoa on the market, but it was still bitter as hell. Giving it an extra star because I don't have much to compare it against.
