As my review headline says, this is the only thing that has ever worked for me! Ever. I have suffered from severe bloating after eating nearly any food of any kind, for the past 20 years. No solutions, no real diagnosis, just living in misery as an otherwise healthy woman. The only downside is that this company is consistently *out of stock* on this item. I am on autoship from their website but they have now run out of the item on two occasions, for months at a time, saying that they have supplier issues or are switching manufacturers. It is problematic because people like me rely on the product to function normally. So while I feel this is quite unacceptable business practice, I will say that the product DOES WORK and the company customer service is good, kind and helpful. I wish the item was a little less costly. 30 pills in a bottle isn't much when you eat 3 meals a day - and yes, you need to take one with each meal or it won't work. It is not a once a day supplement. So it gets to be outrageously expensive!

Super helpful

I bought this as what I thought was a cheaper alternative to other similar supplements (Fodmate, Fodzyme, etc). But once I did the math, I realized that while these are the cheaper per bottle, they're actually more expensive per dosage than the others. The only minor advantage these offer is that the dosage per pill is higher. But otherwise, they're no more effective than the alternatives and come at a higher cost overall.

This is a freakin miracle. For health reasons I drink a lot of meal replacement drinks. Particularly, Plenny shakes. Those make me so gassy within a few hours and leave me farting out some nasty sulfurous gas. I take one of these before drinking one and I have zero gas. Absolutely a lifesaver!

Digestive problems. Great product. Effective.

Just order this a few days ago. I was able to go out and eat with my family without any adverse effects like stomach pain, burning, reflux and headaches.

Didn't work

This company gives useful information about digestive health and this product’s ingredients sounded promising. I took it with meals and desserts that I knew gave me gas and bloating (mainly fruits high in fructose). Unfortunately, felt no relief after several attempts. Lately just been avoiding certain fruits like pineapple, bananas, and papaya instead.
