Q: Are they truly reusable?

Apply it to the wall with blue painters tape and it's easily removable and reusable

Q: Does this have zippers on both sides?

Yes, there are zippers on both sides. Also, we've reused on multiple projects, even after they've been stapled in different spots. Very sturdy and great for keeping out dust (and even cold, as heat is turned off in our work area).

Q: Will this work to seal a room to do mold remediation?

Zip wall is recommended for mold remediation containment.

Q: Would any of your "zip doors" be able to actually separate at the top in order for the two sides be "opened" by way of zipper or magnet or such ?

The ZipDoors included 2 pre-installed zippers that can be rolled up and placed on the included flap hooks to keep the entrance open. We do sell a different product, The ZipWall Magnetic Dust Barrier Door Kit, that features self-closing magnets. Thanks for your interest!
