Galaxy A72 - Smartphone 128GB, 6GB RAM, Dual Sim, Black

I had been unable to get a reasonably priced contract with this phone - they were mostly out of stock - so bit the bullet and bought the phone outright. I am delighted with it. I got the colour I wanted, it does everything I wanted and was a good price (cheaper than on the Samsung website). It arrived the next day well packaged, and was very easy to set up. And no big monthly outgoings!

Great phone and everything you can expect to get with a Samsung phone, was bought as a present for my other half and he was delighted.

I love android phones. This Samsung A72 VERY RELIABLE... WHY? Because I've looked after it and the battery etc.

Got it for my son Xmas present. Very pleased with game power and refresh rate 😀

I didn't like that no ear phones but I love the phone.

Unfortunately did not use phone. I could not set up my Samsung apps or account, phone not supported by Samsung as it was from Indonesia?!? Positive point... Return was quick after emailing seller who paid for postage and all money was refunded to my account immediately. Although at times I felt the seller thought he/she was doing me a favour. I guess emails can be ambiguous..

The phone arrived way sooner than expected, however, the two seals of the box were opened already. There were stickers on top of the originals. The labels say: do not accept if seal is broken. Why is it opened? Is it a refurbished phone? I'd want a phone with seals closed. What should I do?

Brought this to replace my A71. Loved this, much better battery life than my old one.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Galaxy A72 kam durch DHL zwar verspätet, aber nach 1 Woche gut verpackt und unbeschädigt an. Zum Artikel selbst kann ich noch nichts sagen, da er noch nicht in Gebrauch ist. Den Shop kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen, er hat den Artikel sehr schnell versendet.

Nel complesso un buon telefono, ottimo display, veloce. La batteria molto capiente a me che faccio un uso intenso ma gioco poco dura più di due giorni. Mi piacciono le fotocamere ma bisogna fare molta attenzione a tenere le dita lontane perché non siano riprese anchesse. Come accennato da altri mi pare che il segnale in antenna sia un po' basso rispetto al telefono che avevo prima e mi pare che ciò abbia un impatto anche sul consumo energetico durante la chiamata. Il telefono è decisamente grandino, anche di spessore, non comodo da tenere con una mano, adatto a chi non ci vede bene. Lo trovo invece molto comodo usato con due mani. Mi piace molto qualità e luminosità del display anche sotto il sole. L'audio è stereo. Per le chiamate bisogna abituarsi alla posizione dell'altoparlante che sta sotto una minuscolissima fessura angolata sotto il bordo superiore del telefono. Finché non si trova la posizione corretta si è costretti a tenere il volume piuttosto alto, col risultato che la chiamata risulta udibile da chi ci sta attorno. Il sensore di impronte sotto lo schermo non mi piace, registra solo 3 impronte, è poco preciso, difficile da individuare, soprattutto a display spento; per trovarlo occorre quasi sempre premere 2 volte lo schermo, così facendo il display illumina la posizione corretta, ma messo il dito sopra spesso non viene riconosciuto e occorre almeno un altro tentativo. Infine trovo inconsistente la gestione delle chiamate telefoniche, in particolare la terminazione delle stesse: in qualche modo durante le chiamate il telefono diventa meno usabile, alla fine si riescono ad effettuare tutte le operazioni, ma dopo diversi tentativi e in modo non intuitivo. Ad esempio ogni volta che termina una chiamata, lo schermo resta scuro un paio di secondi prima di mostrare che è stata effettivamente chiusa. Complessivamente non c'è comunque un serio impatto sulla funzionalità.
