Short on dividers
First, it is unlikely that one could achieve the configuration pictured in the listing with the dividers that are included. Probably twice the material supplied would be needed as well as connecting pins.I bought this to adapt an existing IM2400 case to hold a small cache of two-way radios, including clam shells, spare batteries and accessories. Doing this requires a minimum of three dividers that would fit the longest dimension of the case as well as some shorter pieces to sub-divide the resulting four large compartments.Sadly, as supplied it falls short. Only two of the three included dividers were long enough to fit the longest dimension. The third was not. It was only long enough to bridge the shorter dimension of the case once. The scrap created cutting the three pieces supplied to the case dimensions as discussed was of no practical utility, at least for me.The Trekpak concept is an excellent design and probably better than the soft padded divider kit offered by Pelican. It also provides more usable space than the pick-and-pluck foam often supplied with the case. It's easy to cut the panels to length using the supplied cutter. The little fabric flags that facilitate pin removal can be dispensed with unless you plan to frequently reconfigure the case. The kit includes a couple thing that should be offered as options for those already owning cases that came with the standard pick-and-pluck foam kit. The case lid waffle foam and the piece that goes in the bottom of the case under the dividers are not needed unless you bought an empty case. I would have much rather received another full-length divider or two than items that I might end up throwing away. If assembling a case from scratch, it would be best to buy an empty case.In summary, the product itself is good. However, as supplied, many customers will find that they need to purchase extra divider panels -- and possibly extra clips as well. This is not apparent from the pictures in the listing. At best, this reflects a poor assessment of customer needs and at worse an intentional questionable marketing strategy forcing the customer to make additional purchases. In short, it is extremely frustrating to receive a kit that doesn't provide enough material to create the configured configuration or one that uses an comparable amount of material. This undercuts an otherwise useful product.

Great stuff!
This is some great stuff. Using for drone and camera equipment cases. Just too damn expensive. Buy once cry once. Better than foam IMNSHO.
