Good quality, folds neatly, when unfolded and assembled clicks firmly into place by the side flaps' magnets. Works well to block sun shining from the side. But do not forget to thread the laptop's screen through the black rubber band first :-)

Looks like it work fine after you figure out how to attach it. Bought for friend to use while working on laptop as passenger during long drive coming up. Sun has previously made viewing the screen very hard. This should do the trick. Seems to be well made and sturdy. Well designed with foldable side flaps using magnets. Folds flat when not in use.
