We bought a mushroom sage olive oil in Buffalo last year and I never thought I'd find anything as good as that. I rolled the dice and tried this and it's every bit as good. We use it on pasta all the time with a bit of Parmesan. The sage is a bit more pronounced than the mushroom flavor.
