Dr.'s Remedy Enriched Nail Polish (LYRICAL Lilac)

I've been nursing a toenail fungus for about a year now. I've managed to clear it up on all toes but one of my big toenails. I'm almost there...but as flip flop season reveals itself, I'd like my toes to look presentable. I stumbled across this polish and decided to try it since it helps to restrict and hide fungal growth and claims to be long lasting. I was skeptical about both given the high price tag, but what the heck. I pulled the trigger out of sheer desperation.In the past, I've always turned to professional pedicurists due to having poor longevity with my own polish. This polish was highly impressive. The application process is simple and the polish goes on smooth. I first applied a base coat of Nonyx topcoat polish that I found on Amazon. I then applied Dr.'s Remedy using 2 coats which seemed to give a rich, finished look. The color is somewhere between pink and purple. It's a beautiful color that I think would look good with anyone's skin tone. I would compare it to Mauve. After one week of wear, there was not one chip in the paint (see photo 1). After two weeks, it still looked close to perfect (see photo 2). Now as I near 3 weeks, the grow out is beginning to show and there are a few slight chips at the top of one of my big toenails. All in all, the polish still looks presentable. I've used all of the top branded, high quality nail polishes from salons. THIS polish far surpasses them in quality and longevity. It's definitely worth the high price tag. Even without the toe fungus issue, I'd still use this polish because of it's high quality. I'm excited to find more colors to purchase. I'll be sure to report back regarding it's ability to help restrict fungal growth. Right now, it's too early to tell.

After getting toenail fungus in 2022 from my salon, I decided I would take my own polish fgoing forward, once I got the fungus cleared. I researched best polish for toenail fungus and found Dr. Remedy. I love this product! The colors are so pretty. I found that my nails did not get brittle, nor did my toenails have that white color when removing the polish due to getting dried out from the polish. It does cost a little more than regualr nail polish, but so worth the price to have healthy nails. Once I have a color for each season, I will be set!

Purchased this brand because of the tree oil ingredient. This is my second color. The polish goes on easily and stays on (using on my toes- not sure about fingernails). Really like all of the color choices available and they are very close to the pictures of them online. Will purchase more colors in the future!

Great for feet but not hands because if you break a nail and need to use an emory board to smooth the sharp edges, it causes the polish to peel.Found if you don't use the 2 in 1 clear glaze it doesn't peel

Have been using Dr.'s Remedy polishes for years. This color, however, is a bit tricky to use. For some reason, extra drying/curing time is needed between coats. As one reviewer commented, " it stayed tacky all night and didn’t dry smoothly." I did not find that this is the case. I usually apply 4 coats of polish -- 1 coat clear base (in this case, Dr.'s Remedy Two-in-One Glaze), 2 coats of color, and 1 coat of clear topcoat.Since I usually retire to the television after dinner, I applied my base coat and waited 30-minutes before applying 1 coat of color. I did not apply my 2nd coat of color until the next morning, after which I waited 45-minutes to apply the top coat. After another 45-minutes, I was able to start light housekeeping without damaging the polish. Of course, I alway remember to apply polish to the free edge as it helps prevent chipping.If I could give a 4.5-star rating I would -- 4-stars because of the extra drying time needed, 5-stars because the deep rich red looks fabulous against my skin tone. The photo was taken after a full day of housework, including dish washing and a shower.UPDATE:Since I originally wrote my original review, I invested in a small fan for drying my nails. Now I wait 15-minutes between the base and first coat, 30-minutes before applying the second coat of color, and 45-minutes before applying the top coat. Just about any polish will stay soft or tacky if each coat is not allowed to sufficiently dry. As far as the polish lasting, I touch up the free edges daily and apply a very thin coat of top Two-in-One Glaze if needed. Using Dr.'s Remedy polishes exclusively, my manicures last at the very least a full week. Not sure if my routine would stretch a manicure out for 2 weeks, as I change my colors weekly.

I purchased this polish after going to a sketchy nail salon abroad. I used the polish for about two months along with another nail treatment. I'm not too sure how it works as an antifungal, but I noticed my nails cleared up after using the polish and treatment. The BEST part of this product is that I truly do think this product made me nails stronger. I've had weak brittle nails now for a long time before the whole fungal issue due to years of getting mani's.The cons are.... the polish took forever to dry and the polish quickly chipped. Within a day or sometimes hours, my polish would be chipped. No matter if I used top/base coat. Also, because I kept reapplying the polish, the polish removal was a big hassle. I got the coral color and they stained my nails orange so bad I tried different methods to remove the stain. I ended up having to file and buff my nails back to normal (multiple times). I used the polish on my toes too (which had no fungal issues) and they also stained big time. I've used red nail polish before but never had an issue like I did with this polish.

Beautiful nail polish

Just got this today - it was a bit late on delivery. The product smells like a regular nail polish, its quite thick but easy to apply. I like the colour. We will see how it holds up, and if it chips over time or not. So far so good.

j'ai un souci depuis plusieurs années au gros orteil mais je ne me résous pas à perdre mon ongle... après un été d'utilisation j'ai vu une diminution du problème et surtout ça couvre bien . je vais m'en acheter d'autres couleurs....

Nagellack lässt sich super auftragen. Die Farbe "Brick Red" kommt bei mir eher wie "Cherry" raus. Finde ich aber auch sehr schön. Über die medizinische Wirksamkeit und die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts aussagen, da ich gerade erst aufgetragen habe.
