Great little bag, no problems.
Very good pump up bag to help with where you need support, helt air great, never leaked down any for a 6nite backpacking trip. It still not exactly what I need, but may be what you need.

Worth it!
I love this blow up lumbar support! I have many injuries from years in martial arts and always use lumbar support. I was buying a brand name that cost almost twice as much and they would always end up popping. I am amazed how sturdy and long lasting this product is! Worth it!

Felt hard and was very noisy
The cushion made a loud crackly noise, like crumpling paper. I think its air bladder is made of some kind of thin plastic rather than a rubberized material. It was too noisy to sleep on so I returned it.

The ends of this pillow tend to apply a little inward pressure on the sides of your lower back - in a sort of cradling mode. Very comfortable! The ability to fine-adjust the fit via the squeeze bulb a strong positive.

So uncomfortable
The size was what I wanted. But the plastic inside was so loud and uncomfortable. You also can’t remove the tube. Not practical for side sleeping.

Great purchase
Gave this to my mom for a gift - she loves it and was planning to keep it in her car, but she says it is so comfortable she has been using it inside her house. Loves that it adjusts

Interesting but somewhat effective contraption for those with lower back pain.
I have been suffering with low back pain and finding a pillow to support my lumbar area while sleeping is a never ending task. I saw this inflatable back pillow and told myself this could be it. Glad that I tried it. The ability to support your lumbar area during sleep by inflating air into the pillow is such a great idea. It gives you the chance to inflate the pillow until it matches the arch of you back. It has given me relief from the searing pain I normally get while lying down and restlessness throughout the night. I'm giving it a 4 star rating because I wished it was a little longer since I find myself adjusting this pillow when I'm shifting my position in bed.
