I purchased this case to protect my new oled switch and also to make it easier to hold.I’m happy to say that this is an brilliant case for the switch as it fits very well and provides excellent protection while also making it easier to handle while playing games etc.The switch fits into the case quite snuggly but is also very easy to remove when required, and it doesn’t interfere with the screen protector I fitted.Everything is very well aligned on the case, so no problems with using the switches buttons, headphone jack or game card slot etc, and the switches flip out stand still works as it should.Also, I have to mention the superb customer service I have received from the seller after I had an issue. They dealt with my issue both promptly and professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Case fit the OLED Switch itself fine and looks nice, but it does not fit in the OLED Dock despite being advertised as so.Attempting to get it in makes it feel as if the dock will snap, so the product should not be advertised as having this function as it's not happening.Not worth the money they're asking for in this state, give it a month and an official manufacturer will come out with a case that works.*UPDATE*The seller has been in touch with me to apologize and offer their updated case which should fit the Switch and its dock. They have been working hard to fix the product specifications and believe the updated product will be out by the end of the month and are providing it for free to those who purchased one of these ones. Feels good in the hand, but 100% not dockable with the OLED Switch, and not easy to get the unit in and out for quick “Switching”. If you only play handheld it’d be great, but I was definitely misled. Considering a refund.Edit- the manufacturer has contacted me to explain they were provided incorrect information from Nintendo, and the listing has now been changed. They also advised they are working on a new product that will be dockable, and will contact me when available for me to try it - so watch this space I suppose! Excellent customer service.

I purchased a brand new sealed GTAPLAM nintendo switch case which states on the box:' X001FQE5PR GtaPlam Dockable protective case compatible with nintendo switch Oled model.'This case does not fit the nintendo switch Dock as stated and after seeing other reviews on here.... It appears that I am not the only buyer to be miss sold a 'dockable' case.

This may not fit in the dock but its sooo comfy in the hands you can't hsve both really nice to hold 😀

Update:Extremely helpful customer service, getting in touch and offering a solution of refund ahead of updated design towards end of October. So I can reorder then.Like the original review. This is a great case for handheld gaming and with the known dock issue being rectified this will be the best case on the market at this time. Particularly noting at this time it is THE ONLY OLED switch case that allows you to also use the stand. It's comfortable, easy to get Joycons out and offers robust protection.Original Review:I ordered this prior to a name change when it still said dockable, alas that description has changed.Whilst perfectly good and comfortable for hand held use it bends the dock if you try and put it in. Moreover, even if you shove the whole thing down in the dock (somewhat heavy handed) it still won't connect to the USB C.I am now torn between what is a nice handheld case but with a flat out lie of an advertisement that leaves me having to take the case off to dock.
