Gala e-Quick Spin Mop, is the best product which I found on Amazon for floor mopping. Its quick and easy to install and very very user friendly. I could clean my flooring with such ease and the result was an amazing spic and span flooring. The mop and its water bucket are very durable and made from good plastic material. It also has wheels at the bottom so it can easily dragged along anywhere. The spin action is very smooth. The mop is easy to move arround and can reach in the corner areas aswell. This product is worth the buy at the price it comes, especially if you want to impress your wife with your floor cleaning skills at home.

Very happy after using the product, it's a comfortable mopping experience with build in wheels to take it around with you. It comes with a hands free winger , helps remove excess water without using your hands. Steel wringer gives it sturdiness. I am extremely disappointed with Gala's after-sales service for their e-Quick Spin Mop with Steel Winger. Despite being under warranty, when the e-quick lock and plate lock of my mop became non-functional, the replacement part sent by Gala was of cheap plastic material and lacked the necessary locking mechanism. This happened after multiple emails and calls to their customer service. The overall experience has been frustrating, and I expected better from a reputed brand like Gala. Their lack of genuine replacement parts and poor after-sales service reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction

1 Year Warranty seems to be a gimmick since it covers almost nothing, you get to know this when you read warranty card after purchasing the product (which is usually not the case), The locking button on mop is not covered under warranty and this part is one of the main part without which it is very difficult to Operate the mop for cleaning, this part should have made of some tough material rather than plastic becasue it is important in operating the mop and also not covered under warranty, otherwise the mop works as expected There is room for improvement here

The product looks great, durable and the finishing also good, especially of the steel rim.The quality is very good overall.The rod is durable, spins perfectly without any hiccups, microfiber mop's quality is also very good .This was something that I was specially looking for.
