The blades are sturdy and fantastic. Easy to chop/cut and amazingly sharp. I saw at my friend's and ordered one for my kitchen immediately. It replaced all my old knives and it was one fantastic choice to make. Go for it.

Nice but overkill. I don't know what I will use 4 knives for. Just santoku almost does it all. Steel is a bit softer so it dulls like crazy. Probably use a higher degree angle for better usage.

The smaller knives are sharp on arrival but the larger ones need sharpening. So I kept it but I very nearly returned it. I think they should ensure all knives are sharp before delivering.

Ok i use this product for my home cooking but you can use it if you are a chef . I like the product the steel is good and and very sharp. The size is also good and look good . Easy to use . All 4 knife are very sharp and good but the knife shapner is good but not that good. But the product is worth of money.
