LOVE these!
This is an early review, but I was very impressed with the quality and design of these boots, and immediately went back to order the white ones. As others have said, they are sized smaller than your typical bell boot. I ordered the XL for my 16.1 big-boned TB and they fit perfectly. He's been losing shoes almost weekly since I got him a month ago, so I was happy to find these. I love the soft inner material. His other boots were causing rubs. I also love the hard outer shell that cups that back of the hoof perfectly. We rode in these tonight and just like advertised, they did not turn at all.I will come back and follow up on this review in a few weeks to report on whether they helped keep the shoes on, but for now, I am very happy with this product.Oct 19th, 2018 -These boots have held true to my original review. I bought both the black and a white pair, but it didn't take long for my trainer to steal my white pair in exchange for a couple lessons! Lol. Guess I'll be ordering some more! My remaining black pair have been worn 24/7 by a clumsy, rambuctious 3yr old OTTB and he has not lost one yet. They are not only great looking bell boots, but durable and well worth the little extra money.

Fantastic Customer Service!!
Update: After writing a review and returning these boots, I received an immediate email from the company. They sent me the correct size for my horse, and I have to say that I am beyond impressed, both with the product itself and the “above and beyond” customer service! The new boots fit perfectly- they didn’t budge while riding and they are just a solid, well designed product. I will definitely be a loyal customer after this great experience with Kavallerie!Beautiful design but they run extremely small! I ordered the large for my mare who wears a size 1 shoe and normally a medium bell boot, and I couldn’t even get the Velcro to fasten around her hoof. Disappointed- they do look very nice.

So far, good
My horse interferes not just by overreaching from behind but his right front hoof hits the left medially/inside. So he usually wears a hole in a bellboot where there isn't the most protection . I like these cos the hard plastic is all the way around so I hope these will protect/wear better.I haven't had these long enough so I can't comment on longevity but the hard plastic seems to be holding up wellHe has turned the left bellboot after a riding session but I think that is fairly unusual and due to his own quirk of hitting/spinning it sideways.I wish these came in XXXL; I bought the largest XXL and they are barely big enough (he is a big boy though)

the best boots I've ever used
These boots are amazingly well-made. I've bought plenty of the rubber ones that don't have any padding and will turn and move around, but these fit snug, and are very padded on the back right of the hoof, right where contact would happen if your horse over reaches. I try to do everything I can to protect my horse's feet, because if you don't have feet--you don't have a horse. I have a 6 year old Hanoverian who is as clumsy as a preteen age boy getting his growth spurt-which I suppose is what my horse really is. Best boots I've every used. I bought white because the size medium didn't fit my horse's small hooves, so be aware, these boots do run small. Size up one.

Durable and no chafe or turn
Finally an affordable, durable bell boot! I leave a pair on 24/7 and have a fresh pair for events. I have two horses who are very rambunctious in turnout and these stay put, don't spin ands don't chafe. Make sure you order the right size. I ordered XL and they work great for a 16.3 very thick built TB mare and a 16.2 warmblood mare. Highly reccomend I've had them on 24/7 for over a month now on bothwith great success. Well made!

Do not turn, amazing! Barrel racers take note!
Bell boots that don't turn!? Avid barrel racer, had tried them all-professional choice , pro equine, all the popular types in tack catalogs......these are the best and same price! Only thing is sizing, I have a 15.2 average quarter horse, size 1 shoe and the med is too small, large a tad too big but when fastened up snug don't turn and not too long in the back, they curve around the good which is what seems to hold them in place so well, easy to clean outside, I'm a convert.

XXL was super small!
I wanted these to be perfect and though they look great and I'm sure they are wonderful they were terribly small! I have a Friesian Cross and the XXL were nowhere near being able to close around his foot. So disappointing! So be aware that these run super small if you are purchasing.....probably made for Quarter horse or arab not warmblood or draft cross.

Run VERY small:
These boots run VERY small. I purchased a size L for my 15’3hh light boned warmblood X and they barely close. The good news is, they’re great quality and don’t turn!
