My first computer review
Computer that is really great but whatsoever not a gaming computer so anyone that wants to play games on a laptop this is not for you I recommend a gaming computer they might be pricey but that’s for you but if you’re just using it for work purposes or every day use like U2 Netflix school work work whatever it is this computer is perfect for you it’s cheap it’s really good it’s fast reliable

It's very lightweight!
I like how lightweight it is. It's much lighter than the one I used to use. It's smaller so it's easier to carry around. The keys are a bit sticky but I'm hoping that loosens up in time. The built-in mouse is hard to click so I will be getting a mouse to use with it. But overall it seems to be a great little computer for the price... so far so good!

Only good for the very basics.
I needed a new laptop. I have intermediate knowledge of technology. I browse the internet, use Excel/Word, check email, watch videos, play ESO on PC, and use floorplanner design software. I finally chose this off-brand laptop. The reviews were reasonably good. I've had it for over a year at the time of this review. DO NOT BUY. Software: NOT GOOD FOR GAMING (I only play one online game, and it was too much for this laptop) NOT GOOD FOR BROWSING/PLAYBACK Out of the box, it was a nice laptop, but the specs are not enough to keep your laptop running smoothly once you have a few things installed. Startup became slow. Internet pages lagged like crazy (and I didn't even have Skyrim installed at the time). I could go into the mbps or RAM, but all I know is that this laptop would only be good for light use. As in, Word documents and email. That's it. If you play Warcraft 2, that might be too much for it. Battery did not last more than 3 hours, even when new. HARDWARE DESIGN: What's funny is that my biggest complaint with this laptop is the hardware!! The touchpad is way too big (you have to raise your wrists to type and your palm will click the touchpad. It also has poor sensitivity, and you have to tap on the pad (not a click a button) to select. HALF THE TIME I would tap with my thumb to select, and nothing would happen. Or I would try to select, and it would left click instead of right!). This could not be fixed in the computer settings. Trying to highlight a sentence by double clicking was murder. Eighty percent of the time, I could not use two fingers to scroll, because the touchpad couldn't feel that there were two fingers on it. SO irritating. Yes I did buy a USB mouse, but if I took this laptop over to the couch, or had to use it on the go, that defeats the whole purpose of a touchpad mouse. The keyboard is a weird size. I can type over 45 WPM, and I could NOT type accurately on this keyboard, because it does not have the standard spacing/key size as a standard keyboard. (imagine being a pianist and you play a keyboard where the keys are different sizes). The keys are also not very tactile or clicky, so it's hard to feel where your fingers are as you type (or if you've even pressed the key hard enough). Key sensitivity is bad. Countless times, a letter would type twice (or not at all, even though I pressed it), and I would have to backspace. That sounds small I guess, but over a year it became a BIG constant frustration. You can forget typing in passwords! Also, this laptop has the backspace key right near the Home key. For over a YEAR, I would hit the Home key instead of backspace and I would end up typing somewhere else on the page. OMG it was so frustrating. I've never had such problems typing on a laptop before. As I type this review, on a NEW LAPTOP I got today, there's no mistakes. I am just glad that I got ASURION protection for this piece of junk. After 9 months, the keyboard started expanding. It's like there's a balloon under the middle of the keyboard. I can't even close the screen because the corners can't touch anymore. The laptop never left my desk. It was never dropped. It didn't get warm, so I have no idea why the keyboard would bubble. I finally bought a refurbished Dell laptop for $350, instead of the $270 I paid for this laptop. The differences are INSANE. I could tell before I even turned on the Dell that it was far superior. But again, you do get what you pay for. I was under the impression this BiteCool laptop could handle my internet browsing and a single MMORPG (ESO).

Stop turning on after 3 rd time using
After didn’t use only once when first got it . Had on one more time 3rd time will not turn on. I’m a senior and used to using computers worked with them. This one is awful jumps up and down. They said, take out battery cause had charging for along time. There was no battery. So I’m out couple hundred dollars. This my first lap top and will be my lady I think. Tablet works better. Copied all my photos too! Sad dissatisfied!

It's just an average machine
For the money, it works. Light and thin, not terribly fast or powerful. It's better than working off my phone

Laptop is perfect for my needs
I needed a laptop for college. I wanted something that was lightweight, compact and had a long-lasting battery. This laptop had all three. The fact that it runs Windows (my preferred choice) and was a good deal made this a great purchase. The video camera turned out to be better than I had expected as well! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Battery doesn't hold charge, computer is noticeably cheap
I've had this laptop about 2 months and the laptop doesn't power on without being plugged into the power source. The entire thing feels like its made out of thin, cheap plastic. Spend the extra $50 to buy an HP. I'm going to end up having to replace this thing before the end of the year. Waste of money

Good hardware
I originally bought this to use as a temporary laptop, it was alright for what I used it for, basic browsing nothing heavy. I then realized it had better specs than my raspberry pi so I turned it into an Ubuntu server when I got a MacBook Pro m1. Great hardware if you know how to use it.
