So, I gave this product 5 stars, so far. I mean it does work very well. I have about 45 ties on it and i kindof spaced them out so the whole thing doesn't move up and down due to being unbalanced. Here are a few things I noticed:Cons:1. There are no instructions for the wire closet included. However, it was easy to figure out.2. If tie rack is not balanced with ties, it will teeter back and forth. To fix, just make all ties even around it.3. Wish there was a way to turn the light on and off.Pros:1. Holds a lot of ties2. Makes my closet look so much better. (I had all my ties on 1 hanger, which bent the hanger before)3. It runs fast!4. It can be installed on wire shelves!5. I can finally find my ties faster!Yes, I had a few cons, but it is still worth the 5 stars. This may not be the cheapest version, but it so far works very well and I think worth the extra cost.

The product was super easy to install (just slide the top piece and bottom piece together and use a tiny screwdriver to install the included batteries). After I had it up, I loaded up ties from front to back. They fit easily on the hooks and stayed hung during rotation when the device was level. I don't think this would be a problem on a normal sized round wood or Metal rod, Bottom Line is it helps keep everything nice and organized, makes you feel fancy when it moves and lights everything up. I had to install the motorized tie rack on a wire frame shelf and hanger. There were only directions for installing it on a regular closet rod, so I jumped to the conclusion that I had not received the proper parts or instructions. I fired off a note to Jenny, but then discovered the J-hooks, washers, etc. that allow it to be installed on my wire frame shelves, and after some trial and error, figured out how to install it before Jenny had time to reply. Once installed, it is working fine, although I wish its speed could be slowed down a little. Since Jenny told me she could send directions for installation, it would surely be a convenience to include those directions with the order. All in all it is a very useful and handy device, taking up not much room in the closet, but making all of one's ties easily accessible.

Easy to put together there is no need to take out your closet bar. light works great holds belts and like 70 ties or so. best part of all it actually holds the ties very well and keeps them clean and non wrinkled. they also don't fall off. the battery compartment is in the front top part so there is easy battery exchange. the rotor works like a charm, but that really depends on the quality of the batteries you put in. bootleg batteries work great, but burn out quickly. Duracell and energizer last for about a month. and that's considering I use this thing five days a week, I also love the Free Travel Tie Pouch Thingy that I can add into my suitcase when I travel and keeps my tie nice and Crisp

Excellent product. The rack holds 70 + ties and it operates very smoothly. The product is well designed to hold 70+ ties and it can be installed on a round bar as well as wired shelving (Closet Maid type). The motor is strong enough to rotate with 70 + ties hanging and it is very quiet. It only takes 10 - 15 minutes to install the first time. I bought a second tie rack and it took me 5 minutes to install the second one. I had two other tie racks that held about 60 ties and those tie racks were poorly designed. The motor was noisy and it struggle to rotate with more than 45 ties and it would get stuck in one position. I was skeptical of buying more tie racks as I didn't want to get dissapointed again, but this tie rack met all of my expectations. I recommend it for those gentlemen that have many ties and need to organize them.

This tie rack was one of the only ones I was able to find that would work with the wire shelving systems. Is does mount but is a little "loose." I have a previous tie rack from 10 years ago which installs much more securely. It does not seem to impact operation, but I had to balance out the ties so the rack does not shift front and back while rotating. Otherwise, all else is to expectation. Fast motor and large control buttons.

Works very well. Motor is strong and quiet. Easily mounted without tools. I am very happy, and I think the price is quite reasonable. Delivery was super fast.This is my second motorized tie rack. My first tie rack was from Sharper Image many years ago, and while the design is similar, ClosetMate has made some improvements, particularly to the electric motor, which is far superior. The LED lights are also a nice touch. I find the belt hooks to be of little use, but my rack is nearly full of ties, leaving little space/access to the belt hooks. Despite being nearly fully loaded with neck ties (about 65), the motor handles the load easily. The travel tie case is a useful accessory, too. High marks for this product.

LOVE IT!!! I'm a hard working professional with more ties then you care to imagine. This is PERFECT Super easy to use and attached very easily to my closet rod. Save yourself a trip to the store and order the 4 pack of C batteries along with this and you are good to go. It moves at the perfect speed. Not sure why someone wrote it moves too fast. They must be slow or something themself because it moves at a perfect speed and you can reverse, forward, stop with a touch of a button. Get it. You won't regret it. And it's just Super cool to have in your closet too :)
