These crutches helped my 6 year old daughter a lot when she sprained her knee! It did come with the sprain care bundle (ace bandage and hot/cold pack). Just make sure when you are buying crutches that you are buying the correct size. These are pediatric sized, up to 4'6".

Like another reviewer mentioned, I ordered the sprain care kit but only received the crutches. The crutches seem fine for my 7 year old and the ability to adjust the height is easy, however, I am disappointed that I didn't receive everything that I should have.

I think they may have their sizing mixed up. My daughter is just barely 4', and we had to extend the crutches all the way up for them to just barely be tall enough for her to use effectively. I can't imagine how a child who is 4'6" could possibly use these.

Good, sturdy construction on the crutches and the ice pack and wrap are perfectly suited for their intended purpose. That said, these are much too short for the tallest height listed on the packaging. My daughter is just shy of 4'6", and the crutches were a good 6-8" from her arm pits. We'll be trying the next size up.

She mostly uses the crutches to play and pretend she has a broken leg (weird game, I know!). These were honestly one of her favorite Christmas presents and should fit for another year or two.

Bought these crutches for a girl 4'3". They were much too small for her. Seller needs to fix the description.
