Do yourself a favor track down and buy a genuine Allison deep sump filter for your truck this one is not. I had shift flares all kinds of issues took it out. The seam on the pickup tube split could have cost me my whole transmission.chinese crap

Won't see it for a few years. Part of a 200,000 mile service for a 2003 Silverado Duramax. I like the Merchant Automotive billet aluminum filter lock installed with it!

If upgrading to a deeper pan you need this along with the filter lock. Seems to be of good quality. Easy to install.
